- Walk away. No scrubbing, no steam. The enzymes work over the following hours — overnight is ideal.
- Let it air-dry completely. When it’s dry, the spot should just smell like nothing.
Tip: treat each new accident the same day when you can. Staying on top of it means the residue never gets the chance to build up again.
Store refills with the cap on, away from direct sunlight and heat. Spot-test delicate or dark fabrics in a hidden corner first.

How long does an unopened bottle keep?
Keep unopened bottles capped, somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight — a closet or under-sink cabinet is ideal. Avoid hot cars and sunny windowsills; heat is hard on enzymes.
Stored that way, spares are ready on the shelf whenever you need them.
Can I use it on a new accident right away?
Yes — and that’s the best time to. Blot up any standing liquid first, then mist generously over the spot and a little beyond it. Walk away and let it air-dry completely.

What if I don’t have the sprayer?
You’ll need it — these refills are made to work with the EnzyMist™ sprayer. The nano-mist is what carries the formula deep into mattress foam and cushions, where the residue actually lives. A regular spray bottle mostly wets the surface.
